ASTA Energy Solutions says major shareholder places 500,000 shares

ETV Montana Tech Holding GmbH completed placement of 500,000 ASTA Energy Solutions shares, or about 3.5% of share capital, at EUR 60.00 each. Free float rises to about 42.9% and settlement is expected on 2 October 2026.
