Son In Kuk increased his Kukil Metal holding to 5,695,160 shares (51.35%) as of Sept. 30, up from 5,365,160 shares (48.37%), driven by related-party on-market purchases totaling 330,000 shares. The disclosure said the purpose was to influence management control.
