Tharisa names Carol Bell independent chair from Oct. 1, 2026

Tharisa said founder and Executive Chairman Loucas Pouroulis will leave the board Sept. 30, 2026, and Lead Independent Director Carol Bell will become independent non-executive chair from Oct. 1, 2026. David Salter to become deputy chair; COO Michelle Taylor to become chief corporate and commercial officer; Roy Murley to become chief operations officer, all effective Oct. 1, 2026.
