Lonza nominates Pearl Huang as independent board member

Lonza said Pearl Huang is subject to election at its AGM in May 2027 and would join the Strategy and Innovation Committee and the Remuneration Committee. Angelica Kohlmann and Christoph Mäder will not stand for re-election at the 2027 AGM.
