IOI Properties Group Berhad shareholders approve all EGM resolutions

The company said all ordinary resolutions at its extraordinary general meeting on 30 September 2026 were passed by shareholders. The resolutions included proposed disposals, a proposed offering, allocation of offer units to eligible directors and a proposed listing.
