PPB Group says High Court grants stay of Malaysia Competition Commission decisions

PPB Group Berhad said the High Court in Kuala Lumpur on 29 September 2026 granted a stay of the Competition Commission’s Section 40 infringement decisions pending full disposal of FFM’s judicial review application, with costs in the cause. Enforcement and related proceedings will be stayed until the judicial review is fully concluded; the case remains ongoing.
