Graphite India (GRPH.NS) drops after US sets preliminary anti-dumping duty on electrodes

Graphite India shares fall as much as 2.69% to 780 rupees after the US sets a preliminary dumping margin of 12.22% on its large-diameter graphite electrode exports, with importers to deposit duties at a 9.88% rate after subsidy adjustment. ICICI Securities estimates the proposed anti-dumping duty plus the existing 3.68% countervailing duty would bring the combined US duty burden to 13.56%.
