Saedong corrects June 2026 semiannual report, discloses 537 treasury shares

Saedong said in a corrected June 2026 semiannual report issued Sept. 30 that it held 537 common shares in treasury as of June 30, 2026, equal to 0.003% of shares outstanding, mainly from fractional-share purchases tied to bonus issues and a capital reduction, and it plans to cancel the shares subject to board and shareholder approvals.
