Eco-Shop Marketing seeks renewal of mandate for recurrent related-party transactions at Nov 4 AGM

Shareholders will vote on renewing a mandate for recurring rentals, utilities, management fees and other day-to-day related-party transactions at the Nov. 4, 2026 AGM, allowing deals with Dato’ Sri Lee Kar Whatt, Datin’ Sri Lim Chye Ting and associate Eco Mall on arm’s-length terms.
