Samyung ENC cancels 2,516,344 shares in 15.64% capital reduction

Samyung ENC plans to cancel 2,516,344 common shares held by its largest shareholder and related parties, cutting share capital to KRW 6.79 billion from KRW 8.05 billion and shares outstanding to 13,577,494 from 16,093,838. The record date is Oct. 12, 2026 and new shares are slated to list on Dec. 4, 2026.
