POSCO Holdings says no concrete decisions yet on Cleveland–Cliffs MOU U.S. investment

POSCO Holdings said it has made no concrete decisions on a potential U.S. investment linked to a Cleveland-Cliffs MOU, with talks covering business structure and investment size. The company set a re-disclosure deadline of Sept. 29, 2027.
