Sinergi Inti Plastindo says it is unaware of material information behind share volatility

The company clarified to Indonesia’s IDX over unusual trading volatility, saying there is no known undisclosed material information and no planned near-term corporate actions within three months; the controlling shareholder has no current plan regarding its stake.
