SamsungFN REIT will hold its 15th annual shareholders’ meeting in Seoul on Oct. 15, 2026. Shareholders will vote on approval of fiscal 15 financial statements, including a cash dividend of KRW 6.253 billion and a KRW 5 billion capital surplus transfer; proposals also include articles amendments, borrowing and bond issuance plans for fiscal years 17-18, and related-party lease renewals with Samsung Fire and Samsung affiliates.
