Uni-CHEM delays USD 1.5 million Loomia cash payment to Oct. 16, 2026

Uni-CHEM revised the first cash installment for its planned 100% acquisition of Loomia Technologies to Oct. 16, 2026 from Sept. 30, 2026; the second installment remains Jan. 4, 2027 and total cash consideration stays USD 4 million within a broader USD 6 million deal.
