Sunshine Metals Ltd appoints Tyson Balanzategui CFO, Alec Pismiris steps down

Alec Pismiris will step down as non-executive chairman at the AGM in November 2026. Tyson Balanzategui is appointed CFO effective 1 October 2026, and Philip Crutchfield will assume the non-executive chairman role after the AGM in November 2026.
