AIxC backs term sheet to buy Faraday Future EAI robotics business in $200 mln stock deal

AIxC, Nasdaq-listed, signed a non-binding term sheet to acquire Faraday Future Intelligent Electric’s EAI robotics business in an all-stock deal valued at about $200 million. AIxC would contribute shares in exchange, plans to rename as FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc., and to exit its crypto strategy.
