Japan Prime Realty Investment Aug. 31 occupancy rises to 99.4%

Portfolio occupancy held at 99.4% as of Aug. 31, unchanged from July. Office occupancy eased to 99.2% from 99.3%, while retail stayed at 99.9%. All-properties occupancy rose 0.6 percentage points versus a year earlier.
