LS Eco Energy invests KRW 11.6 billion for 58% stake in Vietnam’s Global Shre Metal

LS Eco Energy will invest KRW 11.6 billion in newly established Vietnam unit Global Shre Metal via cash contribution, buying 21,139,872 shares for 58% ownership and making it a consolidated subsidiary. Closing targeted for Oct. 16, 2026; board decision date Sept. 30, 2026.
