El Paso Natural Gas issues September 29 location performance cap notice for Cochran, TX

El Paso Natural Gas (EPNG) says a performance cap will be placed at location 341054 IW41-054 in Cochran, TX, effective 09/29/2026 through 09/30/2026, limiting flow to 273 dths. It also lists cap lifts for three receipt locations in Keystone Upton, Keystone Ector and Waha Reeves, TX, and warns it could result in underperformance reductions to shippers or poolers.
