Pmet Resources shareholders endorse auditor and equity plan at AGM

At Pmet Resources’ Sept. 29, 2026 annual general meeting, shareholders endorsed the auditor appointment, authorized PwC remuneration, approved unallocated awards under an omnibus equity incentive plan and ratified prior share issuances.
