Newborn Ventures disclosed a 13.20% stake in Soosung Webtoon (2,385,333 voting shares) as of Sept. 29, 2026, up from 959,080 shares (5.31%) as of Sept. 22, via on-market purchases; filing says the investment purpose is passive.
