Africa Energy restructures Main Street deal, targets 75% stake in Block 11B/12B

Africa Energy restructured agreements with Arostyle for its Main Street venture, extending the long-stop to Dec. 31, 2028, with Main Street to receive remaining 90% of Block 11B/12B. Africa Energy will buy Arostyle’s 51% stake in Main Street, take 100% of common and Class B shares, and Main Street will transfer 25% of Block 11B/12B to Arostyle, leaving Africa Energy with a 75% participating interest subject to approvals.
