MarketAxess-ICE HSR review waiting period set to expire Oct. 29, 2026

MarketAxess’ planned merger with Intercontinental Exchange has had the U.S. HSR antitrust review timeline reset after a Sept. 29, 2026 refiling, with the waiting period due to expire at 11:59 p.m. ET on Oct. 29, 2026 unless extended or ended early; closing remains contingent on the review and an Oct. 29, 2026 shareholder vote, with the deal still expected to close in the first half of 2027.
