TechPrecision holds annual shareholder meeting, ratifies independent auditor

TechPrecision held its annual shareholder meeting on Sept. 29, 2026 and shareholders ratified CBIZ CPAs P.C. as independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027. An amended and restated plan was adopted; no subsequent implementation steps were confirmed.
