Makenita Resources closes option to acquire 45,967-acre Cobequid-Chedabucto hydrogen project

Makenita Resources said it closed an option to acquire a 100% interest in the 45,967-acre Cobequid-Chedabucto Hydrogen Project in Nova Scotia, for 4,000,000 common shares at $0.24 each, 3,000,000 warrants exercisable at $0.30, and cash of $11,490, with $150,000 of work expenditures required in the first year.
