Tectonic Therapeutic gets FDA Fast Track for TX2100 in hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia

FDA granted Fast Track designation for TX2100 to treat hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia and cleared an IND to start a Phase 1b U.S. trial in HHT patients, with Phase 1b initiation targeted by year-end 2026.
