Agility Robotics names new planned board directors Merline Saintil, Derek Aberle, Pierre Gentin

Agility Robotics said Merline Saintil is expected to join immediately as an independent director, subject to approvals, while Derek Aberle and Pierre Gentin are expected to join upon completion and closing of respective transactions.
