Sino Green Land issues 41,327,833 unregistered shares for acquisitions

The company says it issued 41,327,833 common shares in unregistered transactions tied to acquisitions closing Sept. 29, 2026, including 4,800,000 for a 60% stake in Xing Da Plastics and 36,527,833 to acquire 100% of Invent Fortune under a Section 4(a)(2) exemption.
