Aventis Energy to consolidate shares 1-for-10 effective Oct. 1 on CSE

Aventis Energy will consolidate its common shares 1-for-10, effective at the open on Oct. 1, 2026. Issued shares will fall to 9,424,844 from 94,248,477; fractional shares will be rounded down with no cash paid for fractions. The CSE ticker AVE will remain unchanged.
