Naoda Investments transfers Best SPAC I sponsor stake to A SPAC (Holdings) Group

Naoda Investments transferred its stake in the sponsor of Best SPAC I Acquisition to A SPAC (Holdings) Group on Sept. 29, 2026, giving the buyer control of the sponsor. The sponsor holds about 80% of the company’s outstanding shares and includes 1,375,000 Class B shares and 277,000 Class A shares underlying private placement units.
