Farmer Mac Farmland Price Index falls 6% in Q2 2025 to $7,592 per acre

Farmer Mac said its Farmland Price Index for Q2 2025 fell 6% to $7,592 per acre, down from $8,069 a year earlier, after a Q1 2025 revision to $8,055.
