Au Gold arranged a non-brokered private placement raising $2 million, issuing 8,695,652 units at $0.23 each; each unit includes one share and one-half warrant exercisable for three years at $0.40 per share. Proceeds will fund exploration including expanded drilling at the Havelock Gold-Antimony Project and general corporate purposes, subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
