CION Investment Corporation repays $114.8 million notes, closes joint venture

CION said it repaid its $114.8 million Israel Series A notes and terminated its JPMorgan credit facility after repaying about $200 million of advances. It also closed a strategic joint venture that acquired a portfolio of senior secured first lien loans from the company.
