WELL Health unit WELLSTAR to start TSX Venture trading Oct. 1 under WSTR

WELLSTAR completed its amalgamation with 1587818 B.C. Ltd. to form a continuing issuer under the WELLSTAR name; its subordinate voting shares are set to list on the TSX Venture Exchange as a Tier 1 issuer under ticker WSTR on Oct. 1, after a six-for-one consolidation leaves 77,223,308 shares outstanding.
