Endava shareholders asked to inquire about securities fraud class action

A law firm says a class action has been filed on behalf of investors who bought Endava plc common stock between September 4, 2025 and September 21, 2026. The filing says Endava’s CFO was placed on administrative leave after auditors raised concerns over accounting treatment for certain customer and supplier agreements.
