Seaport Entertainment Group completes sale of 85 South Street for $8.25 million

The company sold the eight-story residential building at 85 South Street in New York, NY to an affiliate of MD Squared Property Group and Churchwick Partners. Seaport said the sale is part of its effort to strengthen its balance sheet.
