Troendle sold 2,564 Medpace common shares on Sept. 25-28. Sales priced at USD 620.6 on Sept. 25 and USD 620.07 weighted average on Sept. 28. Directly held stake fell to 386,892 shares following the transactions; he also reported 4,733,019 shares held indirectly through Medpace Investors.
