Lifecore Biomedical unit extends Alcon contract manufacturing pact to 2034

Lifecore Biomedical, LLC amended its contract manufacturing agreement with Alcon effective Nov. 1, 2026, extending the term to Dec. 31, 2034 from Dec. 31, 2031 with automatic 24-month renewals unless notice is given, plus minimum purchase commitments through 2034.
