Applied Materials teams with Kioxia at $5B EPIC Center

Applied Materials says Kioxia has joined its EPIC Center with a collaboration focused on advanced memory cells, multi-chip stacking, advanced packaging and materials engineering to improve memory density and performance for AI applications. Applied expects EPIC Center capital spending to scale over time to approximately $5B as customer projects commence.
