Cadrenal Therapeutics shareholders back amendment to 2022 equity incentive plan

At its Sept. 24, 2026 annual shareholder meeting, shareholders backed a 2022 Successor Equity Incentive Plan amendment lifting the share pool by 323,542 to 1,000,000, ratified WithumSmith+Brown for the year ending Dec. 31, 2026, and approved issuing up to 960,000 common shares upon exercise of Series C-1 warrants.
