FingerMotion to buy Newbit Technology for US$2.3 million cash

FingerMotion agreed to buy Newbit Technology for US$2.3 million cash for a 9.9 MW behind-the-meter powered site in Alberta, with a US$230,000 deposit and further US$230,000 due on signing; closing targeted for Oct. 29, 2026.
