Braemar Hotels & Resorts to sell Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North for $372 million

Braemar Hotels & Resorts said it agreed on Sept. 23, 2026 to sell the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North for $372 million, with closing subject to customary adjustments and conditions. Evergreen Acquisitions posted a $10 million deposit that became non-refundable on the effective date; completion and timing are uncertain.
