Society Pass board resignations leave company with no remaining directors

Society Pass said Jeremy Rosenthal resigned Sept. 8, followed by resignations from Michael Dunn, Travis Washko, Mark Carrington, Michael Freed and Vincent Puccio on Sept. 11, and CEO Ray Liang plus CFO Tan Yee Siong resigning effective Sept. 30.
