NYSE American to delist Amaze Holdings (AMZE) after low selling price; trading suspended

NYSE American said staff of NYSE Regulation determined to commence delisting proceedings for Amaze Holdings (AMZE) and that trading in the stock will be suspended immediately, citing low selling price under Section 1003(f)(v).
