Goldenwell Biotech replaces auditor Michael Gillespie & Associates, hires Privatco CPA

Goldenwell Biotech dismissed Michael Gillespie & Associates on Sept. 27, 2026 and engaged Privatco CPA Limited as its new independent registered public accounting firm effective Sept. 22, 2026. The prior auditor’s reports for fiscal 2025 and 2024 included a going-concern warning; no disputes were reported with the outgoing auditor on accounting, disclosure or audit scope.
