Elekta reports phase 2 data: Gamma Knife preserves cognition in up to 50 brain metastases

Elekta said phase 2 results presented at ASTRO found memory performance remained favorable two months after Leksell Gamma Knife treatment, with no meaningful difference in time to cognitive decline between patients with 21-50 and 5-20 tumors.
