National Equity Fund backed Bickerdike’s rehabilitation of Boulevard Apartments, preserving 70 affordable units in Chicago’s Humboldt Park and Logan Square, with half targeted to households up to 50% AMI and the rest restricted at 60% AMI. The rehabilitation was disclosed on Sept. 29, 2026.
