Sept 29 — US WTI Midland was offered higher on Tuesday but buyers remained on the sidelines, while loading November programmes for the five North Sea grades emerged. Loading Programmes Supplies of the five North Sea crude oil grades underpinning the dated Brent benchmark will average about 514,000 barrels per day in November, up from 498,000 bpd in October, loading programmes showed. Platts Window Indications are free on board unless marked as cost, insurance and freight or delivered at place. No deals were reported in the Platts window on Tuesday. WTI Midland: Occidental offered an Oct. 28-Nov. 1 WTI Midland cargo at a premium of dated Brent plus $18.85 a barrel on a CIF Rotterdam basis.
