Sherry-Lehmann loses lawsuit over alleged smear campaign

A federal judge dismissed Sherry-Lehmann's lawsuit accusing New York Times reporter James Stewart and former CEO Michael Aaron of orchestrating a smear campaign over the wine seller's 2023 demise. The judge also allowed Sherry-Lehmann's lawyers to withdraw and dismissed a state-law claim against Aaron.
