30-Year Yield Hits 2002 High; Credit-Score Giant FICO Plunges 27%: Stock Market Today

U.S. stocks were little changed by midday Tuesday, with small caps and the Dow lagging while tech held up, as the 10-year Treasury yield pushed to its highest level since 2007 and talks to end the Iran war showed little progress. Mediators are working on a deal to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, yet Trump has rejected Iran’s terms, which include lifting the U.S. blockade and oil sanctions.
